faulty door lock inattentive staff
I was a little disappointed, i must say. the room door didn't seem to lock properly. also, i could hear a strange banging noise coming from the kitchens. It was really annoying. the reception staff wasn't very attentive either. they seemed too busy chatting with each other.

charming stay!
chic design honesty bar smeg kettle
the interior design felt so chic and inviting. i really enjoyed the library with the honesty bar. the room included robes and slippers. i also appreciated the smeg kettle and fridge in my room.
I experienced a slight delay when i requested extra coffee capsules. It took a little while to get them.

Breakfast offered an really good variety. i saw fresh seasonal fruit, including berries. assorted pastries and breads. eggs could be ordered in any style. The breakfast team was friendly and helpful.

friendly staff amazing cocktail great location bad service no insulation rude front desk
the location worked for me well. the breakfasts were amazing and the staff served it was friendly. amazing cocktails were available from the bar.
the front desk staffs was very bad. one of the female that checked us in especially. the rooms have no insulation, so i couldn't sleep because i could hear every single rain drops!
